Dear Sir
I am Vikas Doomra, one of your tenants. I have lived in flat no. 113 for the last two years. So, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service regarding hot water and heating problems.
Last week, I wrote to you the same thing: Hot water is not available for bathing or other domestic work. Your workers tried to fix this problem, but couldn’t. We are all management study students who live at your accommodation, and we have to arrive on time in proper uniform. When bathing, if hot water is not available in the morning, you should tell us how we get ready for school. Moreover, I checked the heater, and it was too old, and its life span was over. It’s all heating coils are rusted, and the wire’s thimbles are broken.
In the end, I suggest you please arrange a new one. Moreover, I know some specialists in water heaters, so I will call them to repair it. I will deduct the repair cost from next month’s rent once I pay the repair cost.
