Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in regards to, request you to open a coffee space in our organization.
As an esteemed organization, we do not have a cafeteria yet. Employees are facing numerous difficulties due to this. I think it is an unavoidable part of an organization. This may be the place employees get time to know each other and interact with each other for a few minutes. Some employees are going outside for taking refreshments. Few of them do not get space to eat lunch every day. They eat food in their own workspace, and the workspace gets dirty.
There was an old record room near to our workshop, and it is totally free. Please recommend to the management for renovating this room and provide dining space for our employees. This will be very helpful to them, and there were several usable equipment’s available in our storeroom. Please take initiation for the same.
In my opinion, it is totally beneficial for both employees and the organization. Employees get a new space of dining and refreshments, and they can easily concentrate on their work. Earlier, most of them had food from hotels or went back to their home. On the other side, employees spend few more time in their work this is beneficial for the management also cost reducing.
I hope you will consider my kind request and expect adequate action.
