Dear sir,
I am Mark Luthar inhabitant of Delhi, writing this letter to express disappointment in connection with my recent purchase of television from your esteemed brand. The product started giving me a tough time within 1 week of purchase. In addition to this. I would like to express my humongous dissatisfaction in receiving any help from the customer care support team.

To begin with, the television seems good when I bought it on 20 March 2020. Further, post-installation and  I experienced major technical glitches like it suddenly started freezing at the loading of new portals within 1 week of purchase. Simultaneously, prior to my purchase I read all the reviews of this product online and got convinced by seeing the credibility of your brand.; However, to my surprise, the first experience with the product and your company has turned out to be very gloomy.

On top of it, I got a major push back when I tried getting access to the customer care services as my product is within the warranty period. It is cardinal for a company to be efficient enough to solve every issue that is becoming a hurdle in their customer trust which is in-return hampering the brand image of the company.

I would request you to kindly raise this issue and take further action immediately as it involves the gigantic amount I have spent on this product. Hope to get the much-awaited service at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,
    I am writing this letter to appraise you with some serious problem; I face buying a television from your store last week during the ongoing sale. I am a resident of the Prahladnagar region.

    Since yesterday my television was not working generally as we all gathered to watch the movie on my large screen TV. Unfortunately, there was trouble in sound, so we all were puzzled. Because the sound of television was not proper as it’s a new branded set of TV. Initially, I called in the customer care department yesterday, but nobody responded well and failed to solve it.

    I would like you to solve this issue as earliest as possible and send your technical team to my home. As in my family, we all are very addicted to this color broadcasting technology and spend an abundant amount of time watching it.
    I am hoping for prompt action in this matter!
