Dear Mr. Watson,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I am experiencing some problems due to loud noises from next door. As they have started construction work and the intense noises from machines, make it impossible for me to live on rent of your house.
Let me tell you that I am seriously affected by it. Firstly, I cannot sleep on time; resultantly, I developed a sleep disorder. Secondly, it has reduced my efficiency at work. I make a lot of errors in my work due to poor concentration. This thing has brought great humiliation to me. Finally, due to not reaching on time at my workplace, I am losing a portion of my salary. I feel more lethargic due to insufficient sleep.
Furthermore, I have talked with my neighbor many times about starting construction work during day time or at weekends. I have also suggested he continue with it in summer vacations as I will be away from this place and none has to face any trouble. Even I offered him to park his car in my garage as I am giving the rent of that place. Surprisingly, all my efforts proved useless.
Would you be kind enough to sort out this problem? I am paying very high for this rental property, so I am entitled to have a peaceful place without any disturbance. Upon telling the tranquillity of that place, I have taken this rental property. If nothing happened, could you take legal action? I hope you will do your best to resolve this issue.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that we are getting noise too frequently from neighbors who are staying on the left side of our apartment, and it’s disturbing to us.
We observe that they are playing loud music at any time, and also, we are getting some noise throwing household items; I am not able to understand what is happening at their home. Currently, I am working from home, so it will disturb me in my work. Also, they are making noise at night time. Many times I tried to inform them not to make loud noises, and also I have invited them to my home to listen to that noise.
I would like to request that you please take action on it and explain to them that others are also staying near them. At least convince them not to make noise at odd hours.
