Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with the problem I am facing related to the mobile issue as well as the conversation I had with your customer care. My name is Harmandeep Kaur, and I am a resident of Ludhiana, Punjab. Recently, I bought a mobile phone. The model that I purchased is Samsung Galaxy A14 (6GB RAM) specification mobile from your company ‘Samsung.’ A week after my purchase, it just stopped working. The invoice number is 34234, and the purchase order number is 980089.
In the previous week, I went to your company’s Customer Care department, where I spoke with a company representative named Ajay Kumar. He told me that it was a circuit board issue and I had to make an appointment with them to make an exchange as my phone was still under warranty. As it is already mentioned in the terms, if any issue related to the motherboard occurs, the company will swap the phone without any charges. However, as I talked with Ajay, he told me that there are charges for submitting the phone with them.
Due to this, I was not able to submit my phone to him as I was sure that he was taking money for his benefits, and the company did not charge any fees for such a replacement. That is why I am filing a complaint against your employee so that you can take necessary actions and normal people do not suffer because of such greedy employees.
Also, do raise awareness amongst your buyers regarding this matter so that such selfish employees will no longer be prey for them. I would really appreciate it if you could get my phone reciprocated as soon as possible. I would be extremely grateful for it.

I am Vikas Doomra, and I recently purchased a new mobile phone from your ABC tech. Centre under the invoice no 11345. I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with your service and product which I bought.
Moreover, I purchased this mobile on dated 1st Jan 2024, and after a few days, it stopped working. Immediately, I rush to your nearest care centre. The representative of your care centre promised me that within 4 working days, the mobile phone would be repaired. Today was a week ago; I am still suffering from your bad service, and the mobile has not been repaired yet. Furthermore, in terms and conditions, it is clearly mentioned that under the warranty period, if the service center doesn’t repair the mobile within a week, the customer will satisfied with a new mobile phone.
Under this warranty/guarantee policy, I demand a new mobile phone within the next two days. If your team does not deliver a new phone, I will knock on the door of higher authorities.
Please prioritize this matter matter.
