Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase I made of one of your products. I purchased a camera model XYZ from your store during my trip overseas. However, upon arrival at my destination, I discovered that some of the essential items were missing from the box.

The camera was purchased on the 15th of February, 2023, from your store located in the international airport of the city I was departing from. The camera was bought as a gift for a friend of mine, who is an avid photographer. However, when my friend received the camera, he noticed that the battery charger and memory card were missing from the box.

This has caused a great inconvenience as the camera is now unusable without these items. I am very disappointed with the situation, as I paid a considerable amount for the camera, and it is unacceptable to receive an incomplete product. I believe that as a customer, I have the right to receive the full product that I paid for.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly assist me in resolving this issue. I would like to request that the missing items be sent to my friend as soon as possible, so he can start using the camera. Alternatively, if you are unable to provide the missing items, I would like a refund for the purchase of the camera.
