You Recently Changed Jobs and Started Working for A New Company

You Recently Changed Jobs and Started Working for A New Company. Write a Letter to an English-speaking friend. In your Letter,

Dear Evarist,
Hope you are doing well! I am writing to you about my current situation.

Since last week, I have not been working with the GREEN HEARTH INTERNATIONAL (GHI) organisation again. Meaning that, I’m not living in Bafoussam for a week today. The Reason is that the government of Cameroon has luckily recruited me as a University Lecturer.

In fact, I have been recruited at the University of Buea as an Assistant Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET). Thus, I resumed my duties on Monday, 26th September 2024. I am particularly affected in the Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering (CAE), where I teach Real Analysis, Single Point Mechanics, Electrochemistry, Safety and Security, and Environmental Management. What is surprising is that I am the only physician here. So, I am the one teaching all Physics and Mathematics courses. But I really like the job. The salary is largely enough compared to what I was receiving at GHI.

I am now engaged, and the wedding will be organised soon. In one month, I will let you know the final decision regarding the exact date, and you will be invited for sure. Just prepare for that; it will help organise the event.

Sincerely

Your Friend.
