I am Rahul Doomra, who received an offer letter to join your organization next month, as discussed during the interview session. I want to extend my sincere apology for not being able to attend next month.
Actually, a few days ago, my mother met with a car crash; she was heading to the market on a busy road and on the opposite side, another car hit her, resulting in her suffering an elbow fracture. After that day, I took care of her. The doctor asked her to rest for another 20 days. Moreover, in my last email, I enclosed the realizing letter of my company. All the formalities regarding joining your organization were completed. I am in contact with your H.R. Department. I was promised I would join next month, but due to my mother’s situation, please allow me another 20 days to join.
Moreover, I am available on the phone and can work from home, too. If possible, I can start working from home by tomorrow for the next 20 days. Please manage another 3 weeks. I will definitely join you in the first week of March.
