Begin with the global sale of console and handheld sales began at nearly $6 billion and $12 billion in 2000. But this trend of sales hiked in hand had games which incline by $3 billion after one year but console games it declined by $2 billion in 2001. following this, online games also started with the lowest value in the same year. Moreover, console games plunged to $5.5 billion in 2002 and handled and games worldwide popular, and sales surged to approximately $14 billion in 2002, whereas the growth of mobile phones games or online games came in a market where sales at $1 billion in 2002.

Furthermore, in 2300 handheld games surged their sales to approximately $4.5 billion and console games again declined to $3 billion, but small changes were observed in mobile and online games, which accounted for nearly $3 billion. It is interesting to note that handheld games were similar growth in sales at $15 billion in 2004 and 2005, but mobile phones and online games hiked in sales by approximately $6 billion in 2005. moreover, in 2006 handheld games skyrocketed and hit their peak at $18 billion in 2006. meanwhile, a huge declination captured in console games at $2 billion an online game spiked to more than $8 billion sales had been recorded in 2006.
