I am writing to you on behalf of other passengers as well to express our dissatisfaction regarding the long bus tour by travelling in your ‘Orbit‘ bus.
Let me narrate to you that it had been set for Goa from Bombay, and the itinerary was not more than 15 days. It started on 15th May to 30th May. Suffice to say that the trip was a bit of damp squib. It had been informed to us for a good meal on the way; however, we had to rely on our homemade food. In addition, as it was promised to us to have necessary amenities in the bus such as comfortable seats, music, and good air conditioner; unfortunately, your bus service failed to provide a convenient journey.
Would you be kind enough to bring some modifications to your business service? As you know, now people don’t hesitate to spend a hefty amount to make their journey comfortable. So, seats must be comfortable, and there must be some space to keep beverages. Besides, soothing music is the choice of all age groups, so it must be played throughout the journey. Halting a journey on some famous spots can make the long traveling entertaining.
