Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter with a heavy heart to express my resentment regarding one week stay with my family in your rented penthouse and which field to meet our expectations.
Let me tell you that I took this flat on rent on 21st April 2021. I made a booking online, and I admit the bedroom overlooked the sea; but, it had no attached bathroom as well as the internal structure of the building needed to be painted, and it looked ancient building. Moreover, it had no furniture such as chairs or tables to sit in the evenings on the balcony to enjoy nature.
To be honest, we had a very horrible experience. We spent a hefty amount on it to enjoy our holidays; but, we passed our days miserably as we had to bear scorching heat due to its location on the top floor. Besides, my parents could not walk outside because there was no elevator and people usually used stairs for climbing up and down.
I would like you to look into the matter for the reputation of your business as well as for the convenience of your customers. The building, which really needs repair; then, must be repaired as well as escalator must be installed to move hassle-free.
