Dear Sir or Madam,

I am John, who is a regular customer of your restaurant. I visit your hotel occasionally, and the food which is served there is mouth-watering and delicious. The hospitality provided by your staff also inspires me.

Considering these aspects, I have decided to throw a lavish party for my friend on the occasion of his birthday at your place. I anticipate that there are numerous banquet halls available, and I would like to reserve one of the rooms on the evening of June 25.

Let me briefly elaborate on my requirements. We are expecting a total of 100 guests, and they can be welcomed with a fresh drink upon their arrival. After a few minutes, we can have a cake-cutting ceremony. My friend is fond of chocolate flavour.
