You Recently Visited a Theatre and Had an Accident There

You recently visited a theatre and had an accident there. The staff was very helpful. Write a letter to the manager giving good feedback. In your letter, you should tell:

  • Describe the accident
  • How the staff help you
  • How similar situations could be prevented in the future.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the accident in your theatre and how your staff assisted me was commendable.

Last week, I went to your theatre for watching a movie and for this, I booked a recliner on the top-most level in the seating hierarchy. When I sat on my reserved couch and tried to sprawl, the backside of the seat fell off, and my upper back got hurt.

Nevertheless, the ushers, who were there to help people find their seats, saw me and rushed towards my place to help me out from that situation. They took me out of the theatre as it was pitch-dark, consoled me by giving me water, and then called the nearby physician to check my wounds.

I am grateful for such cordial behavior of your employees and wanted to convey the same to you. However, I would recommend being extra cautious in checking your seating arrangements before allowing customers to enter the theatre. It would give everyone a big respite of not occurring this type of incident in the future.

Yours faithfully,
