Write a letter of complaint about late delivery to the website where you ordered an item. In the letter, you should tell:
- what item did you order?
- why and when did you order that item?
- how would you like them to resolve this issue?
Dear sir,
I am one of the regular customers Of your site. I frequently use to purchase things from your site. I am writing this letter to complain to you about my recent order of bag.
I had put the order on Thursday, and at that time, delivery was showing for Saturday. That was the only reason that I chose that particular bag. As of right now, I am in a needy situation. I actually wanted that to gift my friend, on Monday. so I ordered it on Thursday, but still I did not receive it. This is almost four days from the day of the order. This happened when I placed the order, but I was not able to gift it, and I had to purchase another thing to present.
I want you to cancel my order as it is not of any use to mine and I want my money back as soon as possible if you fail to do that I need to take any action.
From your side, I want any strict action to be taken for this.
